Managing supply chains to limit risks
Virginia and the rest of the nation depend on a complex global network of supply chains for a wide variety of goods and services. As was seen during the COVID pandemic, the disruptions in supply chains can lead to shortages, delays and higher prices. But other, more subtle, supply chain risks exist as well, such as the introduction of counterfeit products. Radford University Assistant Professor of Management Zachary Collier is available to speak about how supply chain risks be effectively managed.
