MEDIA ADVISORY: Radford University Planetarium to host Artemis I viewing

Radford, VA (09/02/2022) — The Radford University Planetarium is hosting a live-stream watch of NASA's Artemis I launch on Saturday, Sept. 3, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Visitors will be able to see the launch overhead with a 360-degree view on the Planetarium's dome. The Artemis I rocket is the first test of NASA's mission to extend human existence to our moon and beyond.

The Radford University Planetarium is a state-of-the-art Digistar 7 system with a 10-meter-diameter dome.
