Media Advisory: Radford Gives Back Community Celebration TODAY

Radford, VA (10/02/2024) — TODAY, Oct. 2, Radford University students, faculty and staff will help people in Radford City who are in need of food. They have been busy this month donating, collecting and packing food items for the nineth annual Radford Gives Back event.

TODAY at 5 p.m. at the MAC court inside the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, campus volunteers will participate in packing the items during the community celebration.

Radford University partners with Bobcat Backpacks, a nonprofit community organization that serves Radford children with weekend food insecurity.
